Connections and Controls
In this chapter, we will discuss various port connections at the rear of the device, button functions
and securing a 2.5” SSD/HDD in a disk enclosure.

1. DC IN (12V)
DC in socket connects the supplied 12V PSU. The
connection can be secured by screwing the outer
fastening ring of the DC In plug to the socket.
2. Power Switch
The power switch ONLY powers ON the device’s LCD
display on which the OSD menu will be shown after the
boot is complete.
Note: After you’ve turned on the power switch, press
the power button on the front panel to enable the
button functions.
3. Ground
When connecting this unit to any other component, make
sure that it is properly grounded by connecting this
terminal to an appropriate point. When connecting, use
the socket and be sure to use wire with a cross-sectional
area of at least 1.0 mm
