In this case there's a warning that alerts the user that this timeout is not EN 61496-1:
2013 compliant.

Muting filter
This function avoids undesired activations of the Muting.
The Muting filter is a filter on Muting inputs; low-high or high-low transitions of MUT-
ING signals are considered valid only if maintained for a time (Tf) greater than 100ms.
If this function is disabled, the logical level of the Muting sensors corresponds to the
wire level.
