Data Timeout On Inactivity
This feature controls the lifetime of a basket. A basket can be kept in the handheld indefinitely
(a basket is automatically deleted when sent to the host on request). The timeout is counted
from the last time a basket was accessed. A closed basket can be reopened and then closed again
to reset the counter.
