GRYPHON™ GFS4500

Mirror Reading Mode

Enable/Disable the ability to decode the mirror image of a bar code label. This feature

pertains mainly to 2D barcodes: Data Matrix, Maxicode, QR Code Aztec and PDF-417. All

1D codes can be read backwards without changing settings.

NOTE: Unlike some programming features and options, Mirror Reading

Mode requires that you scan only one programming bar code label. DO NOT

scan an ENTER/EXIT bar code prior to scanning a Mirror Reading Mode bar

code.

CAUTION: When this feature is enabled, you will be unable to read other

programming labels in this manual.
