Resetting Product Defaults
If you aren't sure what programming options are in your reader, or
you've changed some options and want default settings restored,
scan the bar code below to reset the reader to its initial configura-
tion.
Reset Default Settings
Reference the PRG for a list of the default settings.
Reading Parameters
Move the reader towards the target, trigger the reading and center
the aiming pattern and illumination system to capture and decode
the bar code on the acquired image. The aim and illuminator will
remain on until the symbol is decoded or until timeout if nothing is
decoded. You can then repeat if needed.
Aiming System
A number of options for customizing control of the Aiming System
are available. See the DSM0400 PRG for more information and pro-
gramming bar codes.
Be sure your reader is configured for the correct interface before
scanning this label.
