How to ad just the the clutch POWER and the trimmers BREAK (automatic shutting) and WORK (working time)
Electronic clutch POWER (5 steps)

WORK
It allows to adjust the torque force from its min. (1) up to
its max. (5). Daspi suggests to set it on step 3 or
according to the actual norms.
It allows to select the
automatic shutting time
adjustable from 01 up to
90 seconds.
It allows to select the working time of the motor
during any operation. Daspi suggests to select at
least 2-3 seconds longer working time compare
to the normal one. Working time can be selected
from 5 up to 150 seconds.
5. Terminals descriptions
Join with a bridge the N.C. (normally closed) entrances you don’t used
If you are using more contacts N.C. on same entrance, they must be connected in set. If you are using more contacts N.O. on same
entrance, they must be connected in parallel

stops the movement, if pressed while closing it

Terminal for STOP. If pressed it stops any
movement and it cancels the automatic shutting
(just for that operation) Contact N.C.

Terminal antenna. Connect to 25 the hot pole and to 24 the
copper cable.

Terminal for the 2° channel on the radio receiver, “cleaned” contact N.O. (for its capacity see the receiver instructions)
6. Testing
To be made with gate in the middle position and only after installing the safety devices required from actual rules in order to
reduce any risk.
•
Check all motor connections remembering that first operation made by the control panel is an opening. If gate closes invert
connections 6-7
•
Check the limit switches function moving manually the spring and paying attention that corresponding led switches off otherwise
invert connections 17-18
•
Check whether all safety devices installed are working properly in order to reduce any risk.
•
All people in charge of the automation must be trained about the safety devices, controls and dangerousness of system
•
Fill up technical booklet and carry out the obligations required from actual rules and norms

2. Producto
El cuadro de maniobra MACH6E ha sido diseñado para mandar
sólo
un motor
para puertas correderas mod. BIG FOOT y tiene en
dotación un embrague electrónico. DASPI no se asume ninguna responsabiliad en caso de empleo del cuadro de maniobra MACH6E
para un uso diferente.
