6. Collaudo 
Da eseguire con il cancello a metà della sua corsa e solo dopo aver installato tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza previsti dalle 
normative vigenti al fine di ridurre al minimo ogni rischio 

 

Verificare il corretto collegamento del motore tenendo presente che la prima manovra che la scheda esegue una volta alimentata 
è un apertura se questo non avviene invertire i collegamenti ai morsetti 6-7 

 

Verificare il corretto funzionamento dei finecorsa movendo manualmente la leva e controllando che si spenga il led corrispondente 

in caso contrario invertire i collegamenti ai morsetti 17-18 

 

Verificare il corretto funzionamento di tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza installati al fine di ridurre al minimo ogni eventuale rischio. 

 

Istruire il personale addetto all’uso dell’automazione sui relativi comandi, dispositivi di sicurezza e pericolosità derivante dall’uso 

dell’automazione. 

 

Compilare il fascicolo tecnico ed adempiere agli eventuali obblighi derivanti dalle normative vigenti.

Keep scrupulously this booklet and include it into the main user manual in a suitable place well known by all the interested people.  

  

2. Model 

The control panel MACH6E has been designed for driving 

1 operator

 for sliding gates mod. BIG FOOT and it has an electric clutch 

and electronic brake. Daspi is not responsible for any different use of control panel MACH6E

4.  Control panel programming and set up 
The programming of dip switches must be made with control panel switched off 

SW1 ON 

OFF 

It sets the automatic shutting, adjustable by trimmer BREAK 

Automatic shutting off. 

It doesn’t accept any other control START while opening 
(residential system) 

Control START is accepted while the gate is opening. Gate 
stops. 

Pre-flashing of 2 seconds before any movement  

Pre-flashing off 

It sets the feature “close immediately” (trimmer BREAK 

must

 be 

more than 0) working only while opening. 
With the dip residential system ON, if photocells detect 
something , as soon as the gate open completely it closes 
immediately, only if the photocells are freed. 
With the dip residential system OFF, if photocells detect 
something , as soon as the entrance is freed, the gate starts 
closing after 2 seconds.

Separate entrances OPEN - CLOSE: 
the entrance START becomes OPEN and the entrance PED 
(pedestrian) becomes CLOSE. 

Normal working 
 
 

Photocells working while opening. As soon as they are freed, 
the gate keep opening. 

Photocells working only while closing. If they detect 
something, the gate stops and re-opens.
