Operating conditions
Start-up sequence
To ensure correct lubrication of all the
mechanical parts, VRJ compressors start with
a defined ramp-up, and stay at a fixed speed
for some seconds. Then the compressor speed
increases up to the desired set point according to
capacity request.
On/off cycling
(cycle rate limit)
The on/off cycling protection is included in the
variable speed drive. There is no need for extra
on/off cycling protection.
