Suppress all relays to prevent noise generation.
Typical suppressors are capacitors
or MOVs. (See manufacturers’ literature for complete information). Whenever
possible, use solid-state relays instead of mechanical contact types to minimize noise
generation.
If you are experiencing problems with drive operation that might be related to EMI, refer
to Appendix A for Troubleshooting pointers.

OUNTING
The SLO-SYN Drive is mounted by fastening its mounting brackets to a flat surface as
shown in Figures 3.2 and 3.3.
