TT40
Description
The event category 40 shows an inconsistence in the
resolver signal.
This warning is caused by an abnormal resolver signal
due to an inconsistent motor rotation. This warning
can potentially cause the 0x3408, 0x4801 or the
0x320D error(s) to be raised.
Note : Regarding this type of warning
This type of warning can potentially be raised if there
is a damaged motor bearing that makes the motor
rotation to be inconsistent. It could also be raised
upon signal openings or intermittence between the
MCU and the motor through the motor sensor cable.
To correctly diagnose the faulty system, connect the
Diagnostic Tool (see «Diagnostics» section for test
equipment and descriptions) and follow the
Troubleshooting Tree procedure below.
