Before contacting Technical support, the following three status files should be generated and included with the
request for support.
The host computer network status file (refer to the DALSA Network Imaging Package user's manual for
information on generating this file).
From the computer folder
[
installation drive
]:\DALSA\Genie\bin there is a
report.txt
file automatically
generated on firmware updates.
From the Start menu, go to
Programs • Dalsa • Sapera LT • Tools
and run the
Log Viewer
program. From its
File menu click on
Save Messages
to generate a log text file.
