Formation of Condensation –
Fogging of the Front Glass
Condensation forms mainly due to temperature or pressure fluctuations.
If the device is transported between locations with high temperature
differences, condensation may form on the outside of the housing as well
as inside the device. In this case, wait until the temperature of the device
will have slowly adapted to the ambient temperature prior to commis -
sioning.
Pressure Equalization Element
The device is equipped with a pressure equalization element.
Pressure equalization elements are used to prevent the formation of con -
densation in sealed enclosures, where humidity normally cannot escape
to the outside.
