5 Countermeasures for Common Faults
If you experience problems with the camera, use the table below to troubleshoot. If the
problem cannot be solved, please disconnect the power supply and contact the maintenance
department of our company.
Fault symptom

The camera will not boot
The battery is not installed or installed incorrectly.
→ Insert or reinstall the battery.
Battery power is depleted.
→ Replace the battery.
The camera shuts down
automatically
Battery power is depleted.
→ Replace the battery.
The power-off time is set in the display settings.
→ Select "None" here.
Battery power drain too fast
Ambient temperature is too low.
The rechargeable battery is not fully charged.
→ Recharge the rechargeable battery.
The rechargeable battery is completely drained and
cannot be recharged.
→ Replace with a new rechargeable battery.
No thermal image
The lens cap is not open.
→ Open the lens cap.
In the frozen image state.
→ Press the exit key to return to the real-time temperature
measurement status.
The thermal image becomes black
and white.
The black and white color scale is selected.
→ Select the normal color scale.
