Assembly  

The 

D•TEX3F+

 detector is mounted flat on a wall or a ceiling according to the dimensions given in 

Figure 3.  

 

Mount the detector using suitable screws and pins.  

 

Make  sure  that  dust  deposits  do  not  obstruct  the  sensor  and  that  water  does  not  enter  the 
detector.  

 

The 

D•TEX3F+

 may be mounted horizontally or vertically.  

 

For vertical assembly, the box’s cable glands can be oriented upwards or downwards but the
