ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1.
Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2.
Screw socket assembly (B) into base (A).
3.
Screw the threaded rod (C) into socket assembly (B).
4. Place the washer (D) and shade (E) onto threaded rod (C),
tighten with finial (F) securing the shade in place.
5.
Insert bulbs into the bulb socket.
Recommended (2) maximum 60 WATT Type “A” Bulbs
Or (2) maximum 13WATT CFL Bulbs
(Bulbs not included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives
