ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1.
Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2.
Screw column (B) onto base (A).
3.
Screw decorative column (C) onto column (B).
4.
Place shade (F) over socket (D) and screw socket
ring (E) securing shade in place.
5.
Insert bulb into the bulb socket.
Recommended (1) maximum 60 WATT Type “A” Bulb
Or (1) maximum 13WATT CFL Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives
