ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove the glass shade (A) from the base
2. Insert the bulb into the bulb socket (B).
3. Carefully squeeze the sping clips (C)
and place the glass shade (A) on
the base
Uses (1) Maximum 15WATT Type “T” Bulb
(Bulb included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
