12 Before using for the first time
The packaging materials must be undamaged. Inspect the appliance for transport
damage. On no account should a damaged appliance be put into operation. In
case of damage, contact the supplier.
RISK OF SUFFOCATION!
Packaging materials (e.g. plastic film, polystyrene) can be dangerous for
children. Keep packaging materials out of the reach of children!
Packaging materials
Dispose of the packaging materials in an environmentally safe manner.
Removing transport protection
The appliance and some of the interior parts are secured for transport.
•
Remove all adhesive tape.
•
Remove residues of adhesive with white spirits.
• Remove all adhesive tapes and packaging parts from the inside of the
appliance.
12.1 Setting up the appliance
Set up in the appliance in a well-ventilated, dry room. The ambient temperature
has an influence on the electricity consumption and the proper function of the
appliance.
