Easy-to-use Prompting Display

With its large 32-character liquid crystal display (LCD), 
the easy-to-use All Sport® 5100 controller prompts 
the user and provides vital feedback. The LCD verifi es 
information available for display on optional scoreboards 
or for announcement on PA system. Information is easy 
to read in bright sunlight. The LCD is backlit with LEDs to 
allow for readability in dark areas as well. A beep sounds 
to indicate when a command has been received.

Durable Aluminum Case

The All Sport 5100 aluminum case is the toughest line of defense against drops, high and low 
temperatures, and static electricity. The console’s “snap-action” keyboard is sealed, making it resistant 
to moisture and spills.

Versatility

The All Sport 5100 console uses changeable keyboard overlays to display race information and/or 
control of optional scoreboards. The operator simply enters a four-digit code upon power-up to indicate 
the mode in which the race will be run. Basic choices are: 

Manual Mode

 (using infrared photocells 

for timing) or 

Automatic Mode

 (with use of AMB transponders for timing). Information that can be 

displayed is determined by the physical capacity of the scoreboard. Scoreboards are either numeric, 
alphanumeric, or a combination of both.

In 

Manual Mode

 the system is capable of displaying:

  •  Current positions of top racers
 • 

Green/yellow/red

  •  Lap number (count up or count down clock is not selected)
  •  Time of race (count up or count down clock in lieu of lap counter)
  •  Lap timer (during qualifying) to 1/1000-of-a-second using infrared photocells
  •  Best lap time (during qualifying
  •  Time of day
  •  Final leader places
  •  Black fl agged (disqualifi ed) cars

In 

Automatic Mode

 the system provides:

  •  Automatic information feed to scoreboard from
    AMB ChronX (ver. 2.0 or greater) software
  •  Real-time data output to matrix message centers
    (car numbers, driver names, lap times, etc.)
