Operation:
The high temperature, low pressure, and low voltage warning points are user adjustable. The factory default
settings are 250F, 10psi, and 11.0 volts respectively. The fuel gauge will be factory preset to the 240-33 ohm range.
Setting up the gauge:
The push button switch on the front of the gauge is used for setup. Make sure the blue wire is not powered during the setup
routine, it will interfere with the setup.
1. Begin with the key off.
2. Press and hold the switch.
3. Turn the key on. The display will show
“SETUP” “MODE”.
4.
Release the switch. The display will now show “SELECT” and switch between “FUEL”, “AIR PSI”, “TEMP, “OIL
PSI”, “VOLTAGE”, and “FINISHED”.

To exit, either press the switch when “FINISHED” is displayed or turn the key off.
Fuel Level Setup:
1.
When “FUEL” is displayed, press and release the switch.
2.
The display will show “FUEL” and either “ACTIVE” or “DISABLE”. Press and release the switch to change between
active and disable. Press and hold the switch to save the setting.
3. If disable is selected, the gauge will go back to the main menu, otherwise the current sender setting will be
displayed. Press and release the switch to change between the different settings, press and hold the switch to save
the setting.
4. If custom is selected, the gauge will begin the sender programming, otherwise it will return to the main menu. The
display will show “CUSTOM” “SET 00%” and below that the resistance the gauge currently sees on the fuel wire.
Adjust the fuel sender to empty and then press and release the switch.
5.
The display will switch to “SET 33%”. Adjust the fuel sender to 1/3 full and then press and release the switch.
6. The display will switch to
“SET 66%”. Adjust the fuel sender to 2/3 full and then press and release the switch.
7.
The display will switch to “SET 99%”. Adjust the fuel sender to full and then press and release the switch.
