Abnormality is detected under the communication conditions in the hardware section between 
the indoor unit and outdoor unit.

Error Decision 
Conditions

When the communication conditions in the hardware section between the indoor unit and the 
outdoor unit are not normal.

Supposed 
Causes

Defective outdoor unit main PCB

Disconnection of the inside/outside relay wires

Troubleshooting

Return to normal?

YES

External factor other than 
error (for example, noise 
etc.).

Connect the inside/outside 
relay wires correctly.

Replace the outdoor unit 
main PCB (A1P).
