3.14  Power Supply Voltage Abnormality

FXSQ-TA, FXSQ-TB, FXMQ-PB, FXMQ-TB

Error Code

Method of Error 
Detection

Error is detected by checking the input voltage of the fan motor.

Error Decision 
Conditions

When the input voltage of fan motor is 150 V or less, or 386 V or more.

Supposed 
Causes

Defective power supply voltage

Defective connection on signal line

Defective wiring

Instantaneous power failure, others

Troubleshooting

Check the condition 
of the power supply.
(1) Check if power 

supply voltage is 
208-230 V ± 10%.

(2) Check if there is 

power open phase 
or defective wiring.

(3) Check if power 

supply voltage 
unbalance is 
within 6 V.
