The EKWCTRAN1V3 is intended for regulating the room temperature by
setting the desired target temperature for the activation of actuators in
heating/cooling operation. Every other use is considered not intended;
the manufacturer cannot be held liable for unintented use.

The electrical installation must be performed according to the
current national VDE regulations as well as according to the
regulations of your local electric power utility company, by an
authorised and trained electrician, and in a de-energized state.

Only an authorised electrician may open the device. It may only
be opened in de-energized state.

Only use the device if it is in perfect state.
¾
Ensure that children do not play with this device. Children must
be monitored if necessary.
Installation
Mount the thermostat directly on the wall or on a flush-type box. Make the
electric connection as shown in figure 3.
The thermostat can be
used in heating and cooling
systems. If you want to block
the cooling function, connect
the lower left contacts to
each other in de-energized
state.

The reduction of 2 K can be activated to by
L/L1, e. g. by an external timer.

Dismantling
1.
Switch off the voltage supply.
2. Remove the wiring.
3.
Take off the thermostat and dispose of it properly.
