Steps for shutdown
NOTICE
Material and property damage due to incor-
rect shutdown.
§
Always shut down all appliances connected to
each other up until the next partition wall together.
Shutdown by operating personnel
a) Move the goods to another appliance with the
same product temperature class.
b) Switch off circuit breakers used with the appliance
and secure them against reconnection

Shutdown by qualified staff
a) Move the goods to another appliance with the

Disconnect the appliance
b) Switch off circuit breakers used with the appliance
and secure them against reconnection

c) Switch off the appliance circuit by removing the
mains plug
and secure against reconnection

d) Unplug the bus cable.
Longer shutdown
NOTICE
Material damage during prolonged shutdown.

Do not expose the appliance to heat radiation.
§
Do not place anything in or on the appliance.
§
Store the appliance in a stable operating position
(horizontal alignment).

10.2.2 Restart
Restarting, including subsequent functional testing,
must be performed by qualified staff. The implementa-
tion is described in detail in the corresponding service
instructions.
WARNING
Restart of the appliance in the case of
leakage in the refrigerant circuit.
Flammable refrigerant can escape and cause
an explosive gas/air mixture. Fire hazard.

Only qualified staff may restart the appli-
ance and perform functional tests.
§
Prior to start-up and restarting, fill the
drain with approx. 2 litres (0.5 gallons) of
water (H2O). Prevents carry-over of refri-
gerant into drains.
The appliance lighting comes on again after activation
of the market light control voltage (day operation

The appliance must be run for approximately 2
hours in trouble-free operation before loading the
goods.
§
Only add goods to the appliance once the spe-
cified temperature for the product has been
reached.
Steps for restarting
a) Carry out restarting in accordance with the service
instructions.
b) After restarting, wait 4-5 hours until the desired
temperature is reached.
c) Allow the appliance to run at the desired temperat-
ure for 2 hours.
d) Check the temperature on the interior thermo-
meter
e) You can now reload the appliance with goods.

Display of alarms
There are different types of alarms that indicate mal-
functions during operation.
The availability of alarms depends on the market
equipment
.
Priority 1 alarm
Indicated by flashing light in the storage room.
Priority 2 alarm
No display on site.
Alarm is detected and stored by the system controller
and the remote maintenance.
These alarms and their causes can be queried in the
course of remote maintenance.
If necessary, additional corrective actions can be taken.
Remote maintenance is optional.
