8.2.2.8 Changing Device Password
Change passwords of connected devices.
You can only modify devices successfully connected to IVSS via private protocol.
Step 1

on the configuration page, and then select DEVICE.

Select a remote device and then click Change Password.

Keep Using current device password and password protection information disabled.
means that the function is disabled.
Step 4
Enter the new password, and then confirm it as required.
Step 5
Click Next button.
The result of password modification is displayed.
Step 6
Click OK.
Step 7
(Optional) On the Device List page, double-click the device name, and then you can
modify device name.
