The washer have a function of checking of unbalanced load after washing and rinse process especially in the beginning
Clothes
of Spin mode in order to prevent noise and vibration and movement of washer from happening by using of safety Switch.
Checking
Error "UE"
Details
The main function of Safety Switch is that if Door is closed, the Switch is ON status, if opened, OFF status.
If the Outer Tub hit the Lever of Safety Switch when Spin mode, the Safety Switch is to be a OFF status in a moment,
at that time, Micom of PCB check the OFF time.
Criterion condition
40~400mSEC : recognize as unbalanced load condition
over 400mSEC : recognize as Door open condition
In case of 40~400mSEC, if PCB check 2 times, the washer stop the Spin process and re-start water supply and next step.
If this situation not disappear during 3 cycles, then PCB display "UE" mode with buzzer singing.
How
to reset when "UE" mode appear is open and close Door and then press the Start/Hold button.
Checking Point
: check load condition unbalanced or not, and horizontal installation of washer.
Drain condition The washer also check the condition of Drainage.
Checking "OE"
(Output Error)
Details
The Micom check the drain time from trip point(H.,M.,L.,S., etc) to reset point which means the value of
air pressure is to be changed to the atmosphere pressure.

over 15 min. : "OE" mode displayed
over 10 min. : "OE" mode displayed
How
to reset when "OE" mode appear is open and close Door and then press the Start/Hold button.
Checking Point
: check the Drain Pump and Lint Filter condition.
