SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Not to follow the warnings and instructions
may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save all the instructions for future reference.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference. The term "power tool" in the warnings refers
to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
Failure to comply with the following instructions can result in electric shock, fire and serious injury.
Substances used with this spray gun, such as paint and solvents, may contain hazardous, destructi-
ve, explosive and corrosive ingredients.
Wear ear protection
The impact of noise can cause hearing loss.
Wear a dust protection mask
Processing wood or other materials can produce harmful dusts.
Do not process asbestos-containing material! Wear safety goggles.
Wear protection glass
During the process, sparks can arise from the tool or splitters,
shavings and dusts may be produced. Wear protection glasses to
avoid harmful eyes accidents.
1) Work area
a. Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
b. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks, which may ignite the dust of fumes.
c. Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can lead you losing
control.
d. Never spray in areas with sources of ignition such as an open flame, cigarette smoke, sparks,
incandescent wires and hot surfaces.
e. Before drilling holes or screwing into a wall, check with a metal/voltage detector the eventual
presence of electricity, gas or water supply lines.
f. Do not use the charging device outdoor.
2) Electrical safety
a. Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adap-
ter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce
risk of electric shock.
b. Connect the charging device only into a 100-240V AC supply.
c. Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
d. Do not expose power tools to rain, humid or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will
increase the risk of electric shock.
e. Use the cables for its intended purpose only. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplug-
ging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or
entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
f. When spraying outdoors, only use extension cables suitable for outdoor use. Using a cable suita-
ble for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
g. If it is unavoidable operating the power tool in a damp location, use a residual current device
(RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
3) Personal safety
a. Be careful, pay attention to you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool.
Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A
moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
b. Use personal protective equipment. Always use a protective breathing mask when using the
device. Protective equipment such as eye protection, dust mask, gloves, non-skid safety shoes,
hard helmet or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
c. Prevent unintentional starting. Make sure the power tool is switched off before connecting to
power source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your
finger on the switch or energizing power tools that have the switch on increase the risk of accidents.
d. Before lay down the tool, make sure that all moving parts have come to stop.
e. Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left
attached to a rotating part of the power tool may lead to personal injury.
f. Avoid unusual postures. Make sure you stand securely and maintain your balance at all times. This
enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
g. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelers. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away
from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelers or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
h. The tool should not be used by anyone, including children, with physical, sensory or mental
disabilities, or by people with inadequate experience and knowledge. Do not allow children to play
with the device.
4) Power tool use and care
a. Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. Only use materials
recommended for spray guns. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for
which it was designed.
b. Do not use the power tool if the switch is broken. Without control over switching on/off any power
tool is dangerous. The switch must be repaired.
c. Store unused power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow people who are not fami-
liar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in
the hands of untrained users.
d. Maintain power tools carefully. Check whether moving parts are smoothly functioning and are not
jammed. Check the tool for breakage of parts and any other damage that may disturb the power
tools operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Poorly maintained power tools
cause many accidents.
e. Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking
into account the working conditions and the work performance. Use of the power tool for operations
different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5) Service
A qualified expert must repair your power tool by using only identical replacement parts. This will
ensure the maintenance of a safe power tool.
2. TECHNICAL DATA
3. OPERATING
Always follow the safety instructions at the beginning!
Charging the battery
Insert the power plug into a 100-240V socket, the light of the charger should become green.
Connect the charger with the battery for charging and the light will become red. After 3-5hours, the
battery should be full and the light become green. Disconnect the battery and the charger when full.
If charging the battery is not possible, check the contact and the voltage to be suitable.
Torque setting
The power tool is equipped with a mechanical torque setting. The torque for a particular screw size
is set at the collar. The torque is dependent on several factors:
1) On the type and hardness of the material processed,
2) On the type and length of the screws used,
3) On the requirements which are imposed on the screw connection.
Switch ON / OFF
The on / off switch let you control the speed continuously: the further you push the button, the
higher the speed will be. Example: light pressure on the trigger = low speed; trigger fully pushed =
highest speed, for drilling.
Left/right rotation
You can determine the direction of the rotation with the aid of the slide-switch above the trigger.
Change the direction only with the motor in rest!
Tightening = push switch to position R
Unscrewing = push switch to position L
Safety setting = switch to middle position, in this position or the slide.
Tool change
All normal trade-standard drills and screwdriver bits up to 10 mm diameter may be mounted into the
drill-chuck. Turn the chuck. The chuck opening must be large enough to hold the tool (drill or screw-
driver) included.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Always switch off at the mains and unplug before cleaning.
• Clean the housing only with a damp cloth – do not use any solvents.
• Dry the housing afterwards.
• Turn off and unplug from the mains. In order to maintain the battery as long as possible, we
recommend letting it discharge completely every two months and then charge it again.
• Store the battery and the tool in a dry and frost-free place, with a temperature not exceeding
50° C.
• Store the machine, operating instruction and accessories in the original packaging. In this way,
you will always find all information and parts.
• Do not drop the tool into water and keep it away from humidity.
5. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Dispose of the machine, its accessories and the packaging environmentally friendly. If electrical
appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwa-
ter and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances in your household garbage or as unsorted municipal waste,
use separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information regarding the
collection systems available. In accordance with the European Directive 2002/96/EG about WEEE,
Waste Management of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment, and the implementation of the
national law, electrical and electronic equipment must be collected separately and recycled in an
environmental-friendly manner. Recycling-alternative to return shipment: the owner of the electrical
device is, alternatively instead of shipping the device back, obligated to participate in the proper
disposal of the device. The used electrical device can be given over to a collecting point, where the
disposal of the device is as stipulated by the German Waste Management and Recycling Act. Not
affected are the accessories or tools of the device that have no electrical components.
