2. Press the green button on the side of the electric motor (mounted on the wall).
3. To turn OFF, press the red button (6).
OPERATION
CAUTION!
The electric engine is equipped with an automatic thermal protection against overheating.
• The mixer is automatically reset after the engine cooling.
• A thermal protection is not warrant of 100 % prevention for any engine failure. This system performs
the function of protection indicator. When the alarm system is activated, to protect the mixer, the
operator must take appropriate action to eliminate the cause of the problem (Measures: to reduce the
load, allow time for cooling, improve engine cooling).
For the best results, you should observe the startup sequence:
1. Add the desired amount of gravel into the drum.
2. Add the appropriate amount of cement in the drum.
3. Add the planned amount of sand in the drum.
4. Add all the water required in the drum.
Requirements for the starting material :
CAUTION!
Do not overload the mixer and fill the drum with the mixture no more than 3/4 of its volume!
• Source - sand should have a grain size of 0.1 to 5 mm.
• Aggregates as crushed stone, gravel and others alike, should have a grain size of 5-40 mm.
Use a quality gypsum cement mixture. To improve the cement material, mortar and concrete mixtures,
a variety of special additives can be used (appropriated quality gypsum cement, pumice, defoamers
and others alike).
For the hardener is recommended clean tap water.
As a general rule, the preparation of mortar from the load takes between 60 and 270 seconds.
10. UNLOADING THE MIXER
CAUTION!
Do not turn the key to the highest for prepared mixture. Use only the tilt mechanism of the drum!
CAUTION!
Do not turn off the mixer with a loaded drum. Unloading must be carried out by the rotation of the
drum!
11. CLEANIG THE DRUM.
CAUTION!
• Clean the mixer immediately after use.
• The drum should be kept very clean.
• After the operation of the mixer, in the inside wall of the drum, it always remain adhered concrete or
lime. Even a small amount of the lump, therefore, will accumulate the raw material and increase with
each subsequent use of the mixer, which may reduce its useful volume, increase the weight of the
drum and create additional stress on the motor.
• Never throw bricks inside the drum to take off these deposits.
• Do not use tools such as a hammer to knock the plate. Do not subject the machine to shock loading!
• Adhered cured cement must be carefully scrapped off the walls of the drum.
12. OPERATION.
CAUTION!
• Immediately after the operation, and the discharging of the mixture from the mixer, the drum needs
to be rinsed with gravel and water in a few minutes, to remove all the remnants of the solution.
• Turn the mixer, pour into the drum from 10 to 20 liters of clean water, add some gravel. Run the mixer
for several minutes. Turn off and empty the dirty water and gravel.
• Shut down the feeding opening to drain and dry the drum
• Clean the blades with a brush.
• Do not use harsh chemicals (acids, etc.), which may react with the parts of the plastic housing.
• Do not spill liquid inside the control unit, do not immerse the unit or part thereof in liquid, do not
wash it with tap water!
• Clean the unit with a damp cloth.
• Dry and clean the outer parts of the mixer.
4. 5. The inclination of the drum
• The slope and position of the drum is fixed with the handle (1) on the side of the mixer.
• The drum is fixed in position by means of special pins entering in holes of the locking tilt disc.
• To put the barrel in a fixed position, tighten the handle itself and turn to the desired angle. To change
the angle of the drum (model iOASM 260N) press the pedal (10) and turn the drum’s tilt wheel (1) to the

Periodic servicing
• The safety and durability of the concrete mixer depends on the proper use and maintenance.
• Observe the normal load of the mixer.
• Do not exceed its operating cycle. The operation of the mixer should be trimmed. That is, for every
hour of work is required to give 25% of the time for rest and cooling. Continuous inclusions should not
exceed 5 minutes.
• Clean the mixer regularly. Especially at the end of its work.
• After each use, clean the drum balance.
CAUTION!
• It is strictly forbidden to grease the drum’s "gear-toothed rim", which leads to premature attrition.
• Do not lubricate the drum’s "gear - toothed rim" because the presence of thick and viscous grease
in the crown accumulates dirt, dust and sand.
CAUTION!
• Gear rotation of the drum is a consumable part. Worn gear is considered a mechanical damage and
is not subject to warranty!
• Check the belt tension.
• Periodically lubricate disc brakes and the drum inclination. For lubrication using “gear lubricant
thickness” is recommended.
• The repair of the mixer must be done only in an authorized service center!
