config scheduling
Description
This command is used to configure the traffic scheduling mechanism for each CoS queue.
Format
config scheduling {ports [<portlist> | all]} <class_id 0-7> [strict | weight <value 1-127>]
Parameters
ports
- Specify a range of ports to be configured.
<portlist>
- Enter the list of port used for this configuration here.
<class_id 0-7>
- This specifies the 8 hardware priority queues which the config scheduling
command will apply to. The four hardware priority queues are identified by number from 0 to 7
with the 0 queue being the lowest priority.
strict
- The queue will operate in strict mode.
weight
- Specify the weights for weighted round robin. A value between 0 and n can be specified.
<value 1-127>
- Enter the weights for weighted round robin value here. This value must be
between 1 and 127.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.
Example
To configure the traffic scheduling CoS queue 1 to weight 25 on port 1:10:
DGS-3120-24TC:admin# config scheduling ports 1:10 1 weight 25
Command: config scheduling ports 1:10 1 weight 25
Success.
