Select Periodic Update to turn on the automatic database updates.

Select whether to check for and download updates: 

  

Daily 

Once a day. You can specify the time of day to check for updates. 

Weekly 

Once a week. You can specify the day of the week and the time of day to check for updates.

Select Virus Database Update to check for and download antivirus database updates. 

· 

Select Attack Database Update to check for and download attack database updates. 

· 

Select Apply to save your changes. 

  

 

 

  

At any time, you can go to

 and select Update Now to check for and update your antivirus and 

attack databases.
