Use this command to configure the peer (group) of BGP. Use the
no
form of this command
to delete the configured peer (group).

description
Parameter
Description
peer-address
Specify the address of the peer, which may be
the IPv4 or IPv6 address.
peer-group-name
Specify the name of the peer group.
The name of the peer group doesn‘t exceed
32 characters.
as-number
AS number of the BGP peer (group).
The range is from 1 to 65535.
Default
configuration
No BGP peer is configured.
Command
mode
BGP configuration mode, IPv4 address family configuration mode of
BGP, IPv6 address family configuration mode of BGP and IPv4 VRF
configuration mode of BGP
Usage
guidelines
If you specify the BGP peer group, all members of the peer group will
inherit the setting of this command.
