TROUBLESHOOTING
This section describes the step-by-step process to troubleshoot your D-BOX VIBE chair.
10.1
Haptic seat not detected / Fault in System
Make sure the HaptiSync Mode is set to D-BOX Coded Video:
From the HaptiSync app, the status of your haptic seat should indicate System OK as follow:
If the status indicates No Seat Detected, try the following steps:
STEP 1: Verify that all cables are firmly plugged in to the corresponding ports (see section 5).
STEP 2: Make sure your D-BOX VIBE chair is connected to a grounded electrical outlet. If you must use an
extension cable, use a 3-wire cable with properly grounded plugs.
Don’t connect to a circuit with a
GFCI breaker.
