3.10.3 Installing the Outer Rail Channels in a Rack
Assumption:
These instructions assume square-hole rack posts.
1.
The L-shaped brackets are pre-attached onto the left and right outer rail channels.
Ensure the front L bracket is fixed to the front of the rail, and the rear is attached to the
rear of the outer rail channel. The L-brackets are marked F or R.
Tip:
The front of the rail has a rectangular hole.

The L-brackets are front-to-rear adjustable by loosening the black screws and sliding the
L bracket. Remember to re-tighten the black screws. See image below.

3.
Adjust the rail’s length to fit the outside of the rack mounting square.
4.
Insert 2 cage nuts for the top and bottom rail holes.
5.
Insert 1 black clip-nut for the center rail hole. See images below.
