Fitting the Ultrasonic Probe 

Important 

–

 Cap Fitment 

 

The Cap must be fitted to the socket when it is not 
being used. Do not use the gauge with this socket 
exposed to water.

 

 

 
Accidental removal of the Cap while underwater WILL 

NOT cause the gauge to flood. Simply re-fit the Cap as 
soon as possible. 
 
Packing silicone grease in the connections of the 
unused connector will prevent damage if Cap 

accidentally removed. 

 

 

 

Probe Socket Cap Correctly Fitted. 

Connecting the Probe 

The Ultrasonic Probes have a coiled 
underwater cable and latching connector.
