Configuration Menu
Click on the parameter to be changed. Click on the Apply button to apply the change.
The «
Save
» button saves the parameters in the non-volatile memory.
The « Apply » button saves the parameters in the non-volatile memory, and applies them to product operation.
Some parameters need a product restart: a special message appears in the top of the menu in such cases.
General Configuration:
The user interface parameters are defined in this menu:
Language: English or French.
Site name: a 20 character long product identifier. This name is displayed in the top line of the Web interface.
TDM over Packet:
RTP Clock Source:
RTP mode is used when using the Loopback clock and when both product clocks are extracted from a common GPS source or E1 operator
network. For example:
Differential: used with two external reference clocks.
Absolute: in other cases.
Source IP 1 and 2:
Define the source Bundle IP address used for transporting E1 and analog interface stream on the packet network. IP1 and IP2 addresses
are selected in each Bundle. Also set the appropriate subnet mask length: /24 is equivalent to the 255.255.255.0 netmask.
Default Gateway:
Default Gateway IP address used to route the IP traffic. Each Bundle may also have its own specific gateway: refer to the Bundle menu.
Source MAC address 1:
Source MAC address 1 used with IP1 source address
Source MAC address 2:
Source MAC address 2 used with IP2 source address
VLAN provider tag:
VLAN tag for the protocol 802.1ad or Provider VLAN (Q-in-Q)
