CoolView Handpiece User Interface Modes
excel V+ features two user interface modes for use with the CoolView handpiece: expert and navigation.
Expert mode is intended for advanced users with experience selecting the appropriate treatment
parameters for various skin types and applications. Navigation mode is intended for users who prefer
more guidance in selecting the appropriate treatment parameters.
In expert mode, you manually select parameters from a wide range of available settings on the CoolView
Treatment Screen. In navigation mode, you first select the patient’s skin type and the intended
application, and the recommended range of settings displays on the CoolView Treatment Screen. You
then select parameters from the recommended range of settings.
