6.7 Feeding the paper
Feeding is performed for the paper set in the device according to the device settings.
Execute feeding in the following cases:
•
when paper is set in the device again because it had run out, etc.
•
when paper was cut at the appropriate position because of a paper jam, etc.
•
when the cut position setting is changed.
Printing may not be able to be performed correctly unless feeding is performed.
To feed paper, proceed as follows:

Conirm that paper is loaded in the device (see

Conirm that “Ready to print” is displayed on the device.

When a paper jam (see
) occurs during printing, the paper may be removed from the device in order to clear
the paper jam.
When paper is set in the device again after clearing a paper jam, a screen similar to the following is displayed.
Press FEED/CUT while this screen is displayed to execute paper feeding.
