GENERAL

The standard hydraulic pump is a single section pump
used when the vehicle does not have a hydraulic PTO
accessory.

NOTE

Do not disassemble pump for repair unless test
procedures indicate excessive wear.

REMOVAL

1. Tag and disconnect hydraulic lines from pump.

Plug and cap lines and ports.

2. Remove attaching hardware and remove pump

from pump bracket.

DISASSEMBLY (See Figure 8D-1)

1. Clean exterior of pump with suitable solvent

before removing bolts.

2. Before disassembly mark housing and covers to

ensure correct order and position of parts when
reassembling.
