Time clock setup
Time clock setup is accessed from the time clock option in the setup menu. Time clock setup is available
if at least one time clock output has been fully configured. The schedule editor can be accessed from the
main menu.
In time clock setup, choose the schedule you want from the schedules available in the drop down list.
Power ventilation grid
Once the Power ventilation setup is complete, the ventilation system has to be built with the defined
number of fans and stages. This is done with the ventilation grid accessed through the ventilation setup.
These settings can be modified at any time. The system’s capacity in achieving a particular ventilation
response is a function of the installed equipment and differs according to fan assignation and settings in
this ventilation grid.
Creation and modification of production Power ventilation stage grid
Each line of the grid corresponds to a ventilation stage. The number of lines equals the number of stages
previously entered in the Power ventilation setup. You must configure each stage by the following:
• Assigning fan groups
• Setting the fan’s minimum and maximum capacity in percentage
• Enabling and assigning rotation mode, if desired
As these settings are entered, the CFM for each stage’s minimum and maximum capacity are calculated
and displayed on the grid.
NOTE:
It is recommended to set stage capacities considering the capacity of the previous stage to pro-
mote a smooth transition between stages. A difference in capacity above 15% in between a stage
maximum and the following stage minimum is not considered as smooth transition.
It is important that one of the stages be configured to provide air minimum ventilation as defined and
adjusted into the Power ventilation setup. (If not, a message is displayed on screen). Once all lines have
been filled out, pressing on the
Calculate Temperature
button allows the controller to calculate and dis-
play stage start and stop temperature for On-Off stages and Start, Stop and Maximum temperatures for
variable stages (referred to as Stage Temperature settings). These are proposed temperature values
based on minimum ventilation on the grid and stage’s CFM capacities.
