Chapter 2: Installation
Lifting the tank
The tank must be lifted to place the weight of the tank on the loadcells.
What You Should Know
CAUTION
Only lift the tank in small, even increments.
CAUTION
Do not raise each leg fully at one time. Lifting the tank unevenly can damage the
tank.
1. Using a 1–1/8 hand wrench, turn each 3/4 x 4 bolt (12) two full turns working your way around the
tank, approximately 20 turns for each bolt.
2. Continue working around the tank until the loadcell leg mount (5) is tight against the top of the load-
cell support bracket (2) on each leg.
CAUTION
Do not fully tighten each bolt one at a time.
