CAUTION:

Removing limescale
Limescale forms on the heating surface of the appliance after
multiple use. Regularly remove these deposits in order to
ensure proper operation of the appliance.
• The intervals between removing limescale depend on the
hardness of the water and the frequency of using the appli-
ance.
• Do not use vinegar, but a commercially available limescale
removal product based on citric acid. Follow the manufac-
turer’s instruction.
• Do not heat any food during this process.
• Pour away the liquid after removing limescale. Rinse the
appliance with cold water and then wipe it dry with a cloth.
Storage
• Clean the device as described and allow to dry completely.
• Cover the appliance with the lid to protect it against dust.
• We recommend that you keep the appliance in the original
packaging if the appliance will be not used for long periods.
• Always keep the appliance out of the reach of children in a
dry, well ventilated place.
