Riding Your Motorcycle
Warning! Wear all required safety gear
prior to riding the motorcycle.
After putting on all required safety gear
and allowing the engine to warm,
straddle the motorcycle, lift it and
retract the stand, and pull in the clutch
lever (Item 1 in the photo to the left).
Depress the foot shift (Item 2 in the
photo to the left) to engage 1 st gear.
Open the throttle slightly and slowly
release the clutch to propel the
motorcycle forward.
Shift into higher gears by operating the
clutch and pulling the shift left up.
