specification and maintenance information is contained in the engine
owner’s manual. Find this manual, located in the Skipper’s Kit, and
familiarize yourself with it. The engines are the heart of your yacht,
and following the manufacturer’s recommendations will provide you

transferred through the hull and into the IPS drive units beneath the
hull.
Engine Ignition Start / Stop - Key Switch
Your Cruisers Yacht may be equipped with key switch START/STOP
switches. This type of switch works on the same principle as an
automobile. Refer to the engine owner’s manual in the Skipper’s Kit

of the engine to the propeller. The transmission has one forward and
one reverse speed, and is shifted by the transmission selector on the
dash or by using the joystick to control the direction of your yacht. All
the operation, specification and maintenance information is contained
