Back – forward rowing
(figures Q, R)
Stand with your feet slightly more than shoulder
width apart with your legs slightly bent. Bend
your upper body forwards slightly. Now pull the
Powerstick towards your chest and then lower it
again.
Chest – chest press (figures S, T)
Your training partner holds the Powerstick on
his or her shoulders. You stand in front of your
training partner and hold the loops on the
expander bands on your arms at shoulder height
with your arms bent to the sides. Now push your
arms forwards.
Shoulders – standing rowing
(figures U, V)
Stand with your feet slightly more than shoulder
width apart with your legs slightly bent. Pull the
Powerstick close to your body up to shoulder
height.
Arms – bicep curls (figures W, X)
Stand with your feet slightly more than shoulder
width apart with your legs slightly bent.
Hold your elbows close to your body. Pull the
Powerstick upwards in a controlled movement
without moving your upper arms.
Stomach muscles – crunches with
bicep curls (figures Y, Z)
Lie on your back with your legs at a 90° angle.
Lift your upper body up slightly with your lower
back remaining on the floor. Pull the Powerstick
towards your face by bending your arms while
lifting your upper body.

Please do not forget that regular maintenance
and cleaning contribute to the safety and
longevity of the article. Always store the article
in a dry, clean and temperature-controlled room.
Protect it from direct sunlight.
Important!
Only clean the article with water
and never with aggressive cleaning agents.
Then wipe the article dry using a cleaning cloth.
Caution!
Please always ensure that both elastic
bands are the same length. You can test this
by holding the Powerstick horizontal in the air.
The hand loops should finish at the same height
(figure G).
Removing and attaching the
expanders
Removing the expanders
The bands can be removed simply using the clips
on both ends.
1. Release the clip, pull it out and remove the
protective cap (figure H).
2. Remove the band (figure I).
3. Bring the protective cap back into position
and attach the clip (figure J).
Attaching the expanders
1. Remove the clip and the protective cap
(figure K).
2. Feed the elastic band horizontally into the
Powerstick. Pull it down into the guide opening
(figure L).
3. Now replace the protective cap and fix it with
the clip (figure M).
Attaching the foot loop
For most exercises you attach the loops on the
expanders to your sport shoes. The loop must
be placed around the middle of the gym shoe to
prevent it slipping off (figures N).

Legs/buttocks – knee bend
(figures O, P)
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and
your legs slightly bent. Now carry out small knee
bends by lowering your upper body.
