Sending Messages
NOTE:
Send Message is only available with the licensed version of the
software.
The Administrator or User can send messages to a room.
1. Left-click in the Help column or right-click the room and select
Send
Room Message
from the menu.
2. Select the room if this was not the one you intended or if you want to
send messages to different rooms.
3. Select the message from the pull down menu or type a new message
name.
4. Type the message and click
Send
or
Send All
to send the message to
all rooms.
