Downloading Message Logs

Message logs can be downloaded to a computer for diagnostic purposes. To do so, use the web
interface as follows.

In the Action menu located in the upper-right corner of the web interface, click Download Logs.

Action Menu - Download Logs

The Loading message appears indicating that the logs are being downloaded. When the process
is complete, the message logs are downloaded in a compressed .tgz file. To view the message log
files, extract them from the .tgz file.
