To save changes made on the Configuration tab, select Commit.
Network Settings
Use the Network section to configure the connection to the Ethernet network. DHCP is turned
on by default and the fields are automatically populated.
To set custom Ethernet settings:
1. Deselect Use DHCP to obtain IP address.
2. Enter the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, and DNS Servers.
3. The default web server port is 443. To change the port, enter a new port number in the
HTTPS Port field.
Time Settings
The current date and time is displayed. To change the date and time, select the calendar icon
and select the new date and time. To set the time using an SNTP server, select Sync time
automatically with an STNP server and enter the Server IP address.
System Log Settings
Use Log level to set the frequency of event logging. This selection also determines which Log
Level Filters are available on the Log tab. Click Remote logging via Syslog and enter the Server IP
address to enable remote logging.
Watchdog
The watchdog function automatically resets the DIN-GWDL in the event of a software crash as
a result of a power brown-out or spike, nearby lightning strike, static discharge or other
circumstance. To enable watchdog, click the checkbox.
