Shut down the output device.
2.
Reboot the workstation.
3.
Start the output device.

Even if the Trendsetter recovers from the error, call your
service representative to report it.
Laser beam positioning not
stable yet.

1.
In the Suspend dialog box on the workstation, click the
Cancel Image
button.
2.
Submit the file to the Trendsetter again.
Important: If the error persists, call your service representative
immediately.
Won’t come online.

Shut down the output device.

Even if the Trendsetter recovers from the error, call your

Unable to learn focus.
[Error #: 17031]
The laser could not focus properly on the plate because the
plate may be dented or improperly loaded.
To correct the error:
1.
Cancel the job and check the plate for damage.
2.
Load a new plate and resubmit the job.
3.
If the error occurs again, shut down the system and start
it up again.
4.
Even if the Trendsetter recovers from the error, call your
service representative to report it.
