Inverter for Grid-tied PV Systems
CPS 3-Phase String Inverters SCH275KTL-DO/US-800 series are designed for
Commercial and Utility scale PV grid-tied systems. The system is generally made
up of PV modules, DC power distribution equipment, PV inverter and AC power
distribution equipment, as shown in Figure 2-1. The solar energy is converted by
PV modules to DC power, and then inverted by the inverter to AC power with the
same frequency and phase as the AC grid. Now the AC power can be supplied in
all or in part to local loads, with the remaining power fed to the grid.
