Start up and shut down
5.1.1 Start up
Follow the steps as described below to start up the device:
1.
Check that all circuit connections are tightened, and all the switches
are opened.
2.
Use a multi-meter to measure the voltage of the output side of AC
Combiner, and confirm that the voltage is within the normal range of
the system.
3.
Close the door;
4.
Lift the dovetail of the hasp lock, so that the hasp is hanged onto the
staple, and then press the dovetail down;
5.
Hang the padlock onto the lock hole of the hasp lock and lock it;
6.
Turn the operation handle of the disconnect switch to the closed
position.
5.1.2 Shut down
1.
Turn the inverter off by using the CPS connect Pro APP.
2.
Turn off the DC switches at the inverter.
3.
Turn the operation handle of the disconnect switch to the opened
position.
CAUTION!
The Combiner can only be put into service after the installation and
inspection is completed!
WARNING!
Live operation is forbidden for this Combiner. Therefore, please make
sure its superior protection elements are disconnected before
opening and closing the disconnect switch.
IMPORTANT!
If any abnormal conditions, open the disconnect switch first and
then check relevant items carefully.
After the inverter works normally, see the branch currents via
the monitoring software.
